• Flying Branch: 20 – 24 Years
• Ground Duty (Tech/Non-Tech): 20 – 26 Years

The age criteria define the minimum and maximum age required to be eligible for the apprenticeship, with applicable relaxation for reserved categories.

Flying Branch (AFCAT/NCC Entry)

• Age: 20 – 24 Years (Born between 02 July 2002 to 01 July 2006)
• Graduation in any stream with Physics & Math at 10+2 level OR B.E./B.Tech with 60% marks.

Ground Duty (Technical)

• Age: 20 – 26 Years (Born between 02 July 2000 to 01 July 2006)
• AE(L): 10+2 with 60% in Physics & Math, + 4-year Degree/PG in Electronics or similar.
• AE(M): 10+2 with 60% in Physics & Math, + 4-year Degree in Mechanical/Aeronautical/Industrial Engineering.

Ground Duty (Non-Technical)

• Admin & Logistics: Bachelor’s Degree with 60% marks. Height: M – 157.5 cm | F – 152 cm
• Accounts: B.Com with 60% marks. Same physical standards.
• Education: MA/MSc/MBA/MCA with 50% marks. Same physical standards.

Meteorology Entry

• Age: 20 – 26 Years
• Master’s Degree in any stream from a recognized university.

NCC Special Entry

• Age: 20 – 24 Years
• Must hold NCC Air Wing Senior Division “C” Certificate & meet Flying Branch criteria.

Selected candidates will receive a stipend as per apprenticeship rules. The selection is based purely on the merit of academic marks without any written exam or interview.
